Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in the ICU setting
• Monitor vital signs, response to treatments, and overall patient status
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Assist in urgent and emergent neonatal situations with expert judgment
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards

What You Need

• Valid RN license (Texas license or eligible for license reciprocity)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent NICU or neonatal experience
• BLS certification
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

• Additional certifications such as NRP or STABLE
• Experience with ventilators and life support equipment
