As a Sales Coordinator , you’re not just supporting sales operations and lead generation to help drive new business – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Responsibilities Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Perform daily sales operations- provide administrative support including management of sales systems, databases, and reporting to ensure accurate account and booking information Support sales documentation and reporting- assist with RFP responses, client call summaries, and preparation of proposals and contracts Generate and qualify new business: Review, qualify, and build incoming sales inquiries to ensure accurate and timely distribution to the appropriate sales manager.
