Family Medicine opening in Iowa * Located in *Mount Ayr, IA * - Des Moines, IA 90 miles* Full-time, permanent opening* Employed position* Traditional Family Practice with Clinic, Hospital, Nursing Home* Must be board certified unless recently trained* Salary/Guarantee: $250,000 guaranteed for 3 year initial term contract* Production Bonus: $70/hour for covering the ED after 5pm and on weekends* Signing Bonus: Negotiable* Relocation: Paid $10,000-$15,000* Student Loan Repayment: Negotiable* Malpractice: Paid* Other benefits: IPERS, short and long term disability, health, vision, dental, cell phone, 457b plan, life insurance, $5,000 CME allowance, 280 hours PTO based on 4 ten hour day work week = 7 weeks
