Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this rewarding contract position, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting students with behavioral and emotional challenges, helping to transform both their learning experiences and overall well-being.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with children with behavioral and emotional disabilities
- Skilled in Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS or PBS), with relevant training or coursework completed
- Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred for effective communication across diverse communities
- Demonstrated capability working with linguistically and culturally varied populations
- Proactive in obtaining and maintaining an active Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavioral interventions and coaching to students during the school day
- Apply evidence-based strategies to foster positive behavioral change using PBIS/PBS frameworks
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure strategies are consistent and effective
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Track and report student progress, adjusting approaches as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Cultivate an inclusive and supportive classroom environment for all students
