Position Overview

Kings View is seeking a Clinician I to provide direct mental health services, including assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and care coordination for consumers receiving services through the Porterville Wellness Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and mental health services
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Complete Electronic Service Activity Logs (ESALs) and county documentation requirements
• Maintain productivity standards
• Coordinate services and collaborate with community partners
• Provide consultation and linkage to outside agencies
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary treatment teams
• Support consumers experiencing serious mental illness and behavioral health crises

What You'll Bring

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Current ASW, AMFT, or APCC registration
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Valid California Driver’s License (Class C)
• One year of experience or training in assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy
• Knowledge of EHR systems and behavioral health documentation
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
