Responsibilities- Supervise and guide service technicians to ensure quality work and adherence to safety standards
- Coordinate daily service department operations to maximize productivity and efficiency

- Maintain records of service activities and ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate with parts and service managers to ensure the availability of necessary parts and resources
- Train, mentor, and evaluate service team members to foster professional growth
- Proven experience in automotive service, preferably within a Chevrolet dealership environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
