Job Title: Elementary School Teacher – Grade 3 Location: Milwaukee, WI School Type: Private, Faith-Based Choice School (Five-Star Rated) Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time options available Work Location: In Person Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join our small private school community. This position offers a highly desirable schedule, allowing a strong work-life balance while still making a meaningful impact in the classroom. The ideal candidates will foster a love of reading, writing, and math concepts, creating engaging and supportive learning experiences while building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities & Curriculum Teach general studies subjects using the school’s curriculum aligned with Common Core State Standards (CCSS). Implement specialized literacy programs (training will be provided for FUNDATIONS for reading and Releasing Writers for writing). Maintain a structured, positive classroom environment that maximizes our small class sizes for individualized student growth. Collaborate closely with grade‑level partners, administration, and parents. Hours & Work Schedule Enjoy a calendar and daily schedule designed to protect your time and prevent burnout: Daily Hours: Typically 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM Fridays: Early dismissal most Fridays! Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required). Experience: 1 year of teaching experience preferred, with a strong preference for experience in the primary grades for our elementary roles.
