What You'll Do Make 75 outbound calls per day to prospective members and leads Qualify prospects, uncover their goals, and schedule preliminary assessments and complimentary classes Conduct fitness assessments with prospective members as part of the sales process Follow a proven call script and sales process — with room to bring your own energy to it Manage leads and track follow-up activity in our CRM (GoHighLevel) Take direction well and execute coaching in real time; this role rewards coachability as much as raw hustle Track and report daily call activity, bookings, and outcomes Work closely with the training and front-desk team to ensure a smooth handoff from phone to floor Make the SMART play — know when to push, when to listen, and when to close Who You Are A shark — competitive, relentless, and motivated by results Ethical — you sell with integrity, never pressure or mislead a prospect A team player — you win with the team, not around them Passionate — genuinely fired up about fitness, training, and helping people commit to a goal Coachable — you take direction well and apply feedback fast A go-getter — self-starter who doesn't need to be pushed to pick up the phone Qualifications Fitness industry background preferred Comfortable with high call-volume, phone-based outreach Strong communication skills — able to build rapport quickly and listen for what a prospect actually needs Reliable, organized, and able to work independently within a structured process Familiarity with CRM tools preferred — we use GoHighLevel to manage leads and follow-up Comfortable performing fitness assessments with prospective members Schedule & Compensation Hours: 20–29 hours per week Pay: $18/hour Commission: 10% of a new member's first payment Why D1 Brookhaven You'll be part of a facility built around performance training for athletes and everyday people alike — not just another gym.
