Unit Manager – RN Avalon Care Center Federal Way seeks a dependable, organized, and dedicated RN to join our outstanding team as a Unit Manager. This is an outstanding chance to make a meaningful impact through teaching. Salary: $52.00 - $59.00. Schedule: Full Time M-F 8/hr days with weekend rotation. Responsibilities Direct the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Unit in accordance with federal, state, and local standards governing long-term care facilities. Ensure the highest degree of quality care can be provided to residents at all times. Coordinate with the Director or Assistant Director of Nursing Services to meet standards and expectations. Qualifications Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State. Must be knowledgeable of general, rehabilitative and restorative nursing and medical practices and procedures, and laws, regulations and guidelines governing long-term care. Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other healthcare related facility is required. This facility complies with the Nurse License Compact (NLC) regulations.
