Clinical Assistant

Providing essential support to various departments, the full-time Clinical Assistant I will deliver accurate technical and clinical information to clients and patients, track cases through the lab, and assist internal teams with inquiries and workflow organization in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Provide accurate technical and clinical information to clients and patients, ensuring outstanding customer experience through effective follow-up Support internal teams by addressing and triaging clinical inquiries and requests appropriately Monitor and track cases through the lab and reporting processes, utilizing personal follow-up lists and team audits Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in the healthcare industry preferred, but not required Customer service experience preferred, but not required General computer and Google Suite proficiency Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
