At The Transition House and Inspire Counseling & Support Center, we’re looking for a passionate Bilingual Clinician (English/Spanish) who believes recovery is possible and wants to be part of a team changing lives throughout Central Florida. What You’ll Do Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and screenings Develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions Provide culturally responsive services in both English and Spanish Support individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges Coordinate care with community partners and referral sources Assist clients in building sustainable recovery and healthier futures Maintain clinical documentation and treatment records You will manage an active caseload while helping reduce barriers to treatment for underserved Spanish‑speaking populations.
