About the Role

The Company is in need of a Vice President of Portfolio M&A to lead and execute M&A transactions for its portfolio companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the M&A process, from deal sourcing to negotiation and integration. A key requirement is a minimum of 10 years' experience in a high-velocity M&A environment, with a strong preference for those with a background in proprietary sourcing. The role also involves the strategic development and scaling of an M&A execution team, so experience in this area is highly valued.

The role of Vice President of Portfolio M&A at the company is pivotal in driving the growth and success of its portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in M&A, capable of leading and executing complex transactions. In addition to the technical skills required for the role, the candidate should be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and an excellent communicator. A background in consumer and business services is advantageous, as is a network of industry contacts that can be leveraged for deal sourcing. The company is looking for a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is dedicated to delivering results.
