Sky Dine is seeking a Retail Gift Shop Assistant Manager for our new gift shop, located in Eagle County Regional Airport, to help drive our success and provide exceptional customer service. As an Assistant Manager at Sky Dine, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include leading and motivating a team of associates, ensuring that sales targets are met, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Assist in managing day-to-day store operations.
• Supervise and support retail associates.
• Provide outstanding customer service to travelers.
• Monitor inventory and restocking.
• Handle transactions and daily financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with airport and company policies.

• 12 years of retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.

Here's What We Offer:

• Competitive compensation of $60,000 - $70,000, based on experience.
