Music & Arts seeks a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in a student-focused music retail environment. You’ll help customers select band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons, while meeting individual and store sales goals. Responsibilities include consultative selling, processing transactions, merchandising, and supporting school service efforts. You’ll collaborate with lesson staff and educators, maintain product knowledge, and help create an inclusive, education-focused store experience that supports students, parents, and teachers.
