At Mike Ramirez Agency, we're an award-winning agency with a strong track record of serving our community and developing successful team members. We believe strong performance should be rewarded, which is why this position offers hourly pay up to $30 plus uncapped commission.

We're looking for a motivated sales professional who wants to join a successful team, grow their insurance career, and have the opportunity to increase their income through their results. Responsibilities

• Develop new business through leads, referrals, outbound activity, and relationship building.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance options.
• Quote, present, and sell products across multiple lines.
• Identify cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline.
• Build relationships that drive retention, referrals, and agency growth.
• Work with the team to achieve individual and agency goals.

Qualifications

• Active applicable state insurance license(s) required.
• Insurance or sales experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable prospecting, following up, and asking for the sale.
• Goal-oriented, organized, and motivated by results.
• Coachable with a desire to continually improve.
• Customer-focused with a strong sense of accountability.
