Senior Living Community Executive Director

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC. is seeking an Executive Director to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential community, drive occupancy, and ensure resident and staff satisfaction. You will direct marketing, recruit and train staff, and manage finances to meet budget objectives while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and policies. This full-time leadership position requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), a valid Assisted Living Administrator license, and at #J-18808-Ljbffr Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC.
