Dealership Photographer

Bretz RV & Marine’s marketing team is seeking an energetic and upbeat personality to help photograph our vast inventory of boats, RVs, campers, and trailers. The primary responsibility of this position is to produce vibrant, uniform photos of our inventory and upload them to the company website. This role requires someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Job Responsibilities Maintain photo reports to help identify units that are missing photos Shoot photos on and off the dealership premises as needed Adhere to the photographing process to ensure images are high-quality and uniform in each set Edit and upload photos to the dealership website according to display standards Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative, team environment Consistently look for ways to improve photo process and quality Must work well under time constraints and be able to meet deadlines Ability to perform with minimal supervision Other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned by the marketing director Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid drivers license Previous education or experience as a photographer Working knowledge of computer programs and editing software such as Microsoft, Google, and the Adobe suite Proficient in Adobe platforms, lightroom, photoshop, Illustrator Ability to walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and be on your feet for an extended period Compensation $18 -$ 20 per hour DOE Schedule Mon - Fri | 8am - 5pm weekends around special events Benefits Excellent earning potential and advancement opportunities Medical benefits package with multiple plan options to choose from including vision and dental 401(k) retirement plan with employer match On-site employee daycare Holiday pay and vacation time Employee discounts Employee borrow program (take a camper and GO CAMPING) Profit sharing Bretz RV’s Commitment to You Opportunity to work in a family-oriented environment where work-life balance matters Growth and advancement opportunities Team building activities and events throughout the year The opportunity to be a part of a team in a booming industry that works together to provide every customer with the best experience possible Relocation Montana has become the spot to be. Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. A search for a new camping trailer ended up turning into a new business opportunity. Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper, they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers. Today Bretz RV & Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with five dealerships across Montana and Idaho.
