Lead and coordinate the design team in utilizing plant design management system (pdms) for efficient project execution. 2. Develop and implement plant design strategies and standards to enhance overall project delivery. 3. Manage plant modeling activities to create accurate and detailed plant layouts. 4. Ensure effective piping design and layout within plant design projects. 5. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate piping systems with overall plantdesign. 6. Conduct regular design reviews to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues. 7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior design team members. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to plant design and management systems. Skill Requirements 1. Proficiency in plant design management system (pdms) software. 2. Strong knowledge and experience in plant modeling techniques. 3. Expertise in piping design and layout principles. 4. Ability to interpret and apply engineering drawings and specifications. 5. Excellent project management skills with a focus on quality and timeliness. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team collaboration. 7.
