Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited CRNA program

Active Wisconsin RN and APNP/CRNA Licensure or ability to obtain

ACLS (through American Heart Association), BLS and PALS

and the

Surgery & Care Center

Facilities include:
12 ORs + 3 cardiovascular ORs

3 endoscopy rooms

3 OB suites

Multiple imaging procedure rooms

Outpatient Surgery Center with 8 ORs + 2 Endoscopy suites

SSM Health SPOC (Sun Prairie Outpatient Surgery Center) - 6 OR‘s

Diverse case mix: general surgery, ortho, ENT, GI, vascular, cardiothoracic, neuro, healthy peds, OB

Flexible scheduling: 8, 10, 12, or 24-hour shifts (Mon-Fri)

Shared call coverage (1st, 2nd, 3rd call + occasional weekends)
