What You'll Do Technical & Service Responsibilities * Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain Acorn stairlift systems in customers' homes. * Perform preventive maintenance and annual safety inspections while ensuring high-quality, reliable workmanship. Customer & Field Operations * Provide professional customer service by explaining repairs, equipment operation, and maintenance recommendations. * Work independently throughout an assigned territory while managing schedules, work orders, documentation, and communication using a company-provided mobile device. Vehicle, Inventory & Safety * Maintain an organized company vehicle and accurately manage parts inventory to ensure supplies are available when needed. * Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment while representing Acorn Stairlifts with professionalism and integrity.
