Mobile Personal Trainer & Fitness Sales Professional Compensation: $50$55 per session + 5% commission + performance bonuses + PTO + advancement opportunities Typical Master Trainers earn an additional $800$1,000+ per month in commissions through client assessments and package sales. - Track client progress through regular reassessments
- Build relationships with referral partners and community organizations

- Support and collaborate with other members of the training team

- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Proven ability to build rapport and motivate clients
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between appointments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
- Experience conducting fitness consultations or assessments
- Experience selling personal training or wellness programs
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Comfortable using fitness technology and mobile applications
- Experience with Trainerize, Mindbody, or similar platforms
