White Yeti, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our onsite team in Duluth, MN.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, accurate support and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and partner with internal teams to help keep service levels high.

This part-time onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, takes pride in solving problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet customers and respond to questions in a professional, helpful, and timely manner

• Resolve common issues and escalate complex cases when needed to ensure effective outcomes

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow established service procedures

• Support day-to-day customer service operations to improve efficiency and consistency

• Communicate clearly with customers and team members to meet service expectations

• Prior experience in customer service or a customer-facing role

• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, courteous support

• Comfort handling multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

• Reliability and professionalism in an onsite, part-time schedule

• Basic proficiency in using standard business tools to support daily workflows

• Experience working in a retail, call center, or service environment

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset

• Experience working with order, account, or support processes

• Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented during busy or challenging customer interactions

Hourly rate: $14.00 - $16.00
