Responsibilities Provide comprehensive psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic services to clients Score, interpret, and write clear, client-friendly assessment reports Deliver evidence-based individual and/or family/group therapy across a range of mental health conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, whole-person care Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development Maintain ethical standards in accordance with APA guidelines and state licensing requirements Requirements Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited program Active, unrestricted New York State license as a Psychologist Experience providing psychological testing, assessment, and evidence-based therapy Experience with psychological testing interpretation and report writing Proficiency in treating a diverse range of mental health diagnoses and populations Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EHR systems Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills Commitment to culturally competent, trauma-informed, and client-centered care Benefits Brand-new office space — designed for comfort and collaboration All testing materials, scoring tools, and costs fully covered Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and marketing Flexible scheduling: full-time or part-time, in-person or hybrid options Client matching based on your interests and clinical strengths Collaborative team environment that values creativity and connection Free CEUs, supervision, and ongoing training through Ellie’s LMS Full-time benefits, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Generous PTO, Sick time, and holidays Reimbursement for CEU's and PTO for professional development trainings Bonuses About Us Ellie Mental Health is a nationally recognized outpatient mental health franchise dedicated to breaking down barriers and making quality mental health care accessible to everyone.
