Our Opportunity

GPJ has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Producer with a background in permanent installations for our global technology client.

We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven Senior Producer with a deep background in project management and permanent environmental/retail installations. You’ll provide production and operational oversight for a growing program with a major global client. In this role, you will lead the Integrated Production team and partner closely with Account Management to drive overall program delivery, managing campus installations across the US, Latin America, and EMEA regions. You’ll be responsible for creating and implementing efficient project management workflows and assisting in shaping the long-term vision of the program. This is not an event production role.

This role is hybrid, requiring you to report on-site to one of the following office locations a minimum of 2 days/week: Austin, Boston, Denver, Detroit, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York City, or San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Project Management

• Design and implement project management workflows and templates to streamline production efficiency.
• Lead a team of Producers and Event Managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Partner with Account Management to manage overall project scope, resource allocation, and timelines.

Client & Stakeholder Relations

• Serve as the primary client POC at the program level, building strong, trusted relationships.
• Lead external meetings and facilitate master roadmap discussions with key stakeholders.
• Deliver comprehensive weekly status reports on all active projects to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Acts as the primary operational link between project leads, fabrication, engineering, creative, and vendors.

Project Delivery

• Manage the delivery of an active Product Development pipeline, establishing high-level quality criteria and programmatic standards.
• Oversee permanent installations of fabrication and technology elements, serving as the primary backup POC for on-site execution and logistics coordination when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Project Management Expertise: 7+ years of senior-level project management experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling PM infrastructure, workflows, and templates from scratch.
• Fabrication & Experiential Background: Demonstrated experience managing project lifecycles directly involving custom fabrication processes, permanent installations, museum exhibits, or large-scale experiential design.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a natural ability to translate complex technical/production realities into clear project updates for high-profile clients.

Team Management: Experience managing 2-3 direct reports a plus.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of managing high-profile client relationships.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.

Salary Range: $110k - $125k

Salary is dependent on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) experience, skills, and location.
