Occupational Therapist - Full Time

Licensed Occupational Therapist (Certified Hand Therapist)

We're hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (Certified Hand Therapist) for a full-time role with one of our trusted clients. Your skills will support patients on their journey to healing and independence.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida Occupational Therapy license is required to start the position.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential required for this position.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Experience working with pediatric populations is a plus for the Starke clinic; pediatric care is optional based on clinician interest.
• Familiarity with WebPT or similar EMR systems preferred.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Benefits

• PTO: 15 days for new graduates with accrual up to approximately 6 weeks depending on tenure.
• Sick time: 48 hours accrued.
• Major holidays observed, including Friday after Thanksgiving as PTO.
• Paid time for certain office functions: 2 days fully paid.
• Continuing education: 5 days CEU and up to $2,000 reimbursement for motivated clinicians.
• Full-time clinic support: dedicated full-time tech in each clinic.
