Insurance Account Representative needed for an agency in Monrovia, CA! HOURS: Hours are full-time; Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm DURATION: Direct Hire WORKPLACE: In office PAY: $60,000 to $75,000 base salary + bonus! BENEFITS: 100% paid Medical Benefits Job duties Build and maintain a strong relationship to clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solution across Property Casualty, Health, and Life Insurance products. Prepare quotes, present proposals, negotiate coverage terms with clients and carriers. Process applications, endorsements, and renewals. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to clients inquires and coordinating with underwriting and claims teams as needed Cross selling, upselling, and include outside sales actives with appropriate. Collaborate effectively with internal team members to support agency goals and client success. Requirements Must have personal and commercial lines experience. Active Property Casualty License is required. Life Insurance license is preferred. State Farm experience is preferred! Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
