Job Description

We are looking for Driver’s to transport general freight inventory to different clients, in a safe and timely manner. Driver’s responsibility includes regular cleaning and wiping down for all general area for the trucks due to Covid-19 safety rules and regulation protocols, planning each route based on roads and traffic conditions. Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients depends on us for their delivery needs. To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. Note must be able to drive 26ft box truck with a lift gate capability.

Responsibilities

· Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.

· Pick up inventory from the place and at the time that they’ve requested.

· Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions.

· Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed

· Ability to lift heavy loads

Requirements

· Mandatory Identity check

· Mandatory Criminal background check

· Mandatory DMV driving record

· Mandatory Employment verification

· Mandatory knowledge of driving a 26ft box truck capability

· Mandatory ELD Logging

· Proven experience as a Driver

· A valid Driver’s License

· Mandatory Clean Driving Record

· Mandatory NYSDOT Medical

· Familiarity with truck driving GPS devices

· Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods

· Ability to lift heavy loads
