Sales Associate, Flex - Mosaic

Summary Guide and inspire customers by making style a source of creative energy. Deliver a welcoming, engaging shopping experience while building lasting customer relationships in-store and online. Responsibilities Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store and online customer experience. Build customer relationships and drive sales using technology. Support merchandising, fulfillment, and store operations, including sales-floor and fitting-room upkeep. Share loyalty program benefits and assist customers throughout their shopping experience. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents. Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
