Senior FP&A Manager

Confidential Manufacturing Finance Opportunity I'm partnering with a well-established, industry-leading manufacturer to identify a finance professional who wants to make a real impact. The company is looking for someone who can influence decisions, improve financial visibility, and help shape the future of its manufacturing operations. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with plant leadership and senior business leaders, giving you meaningful exposure and the ability to drive change. What You'll Be Working On Improve product costing and manufacturing profitability analysis. Analyze standard costs, price, volume, and manufacturing variances. Build budgeting, forecasting, and financial models to support decision making. Partner with operations to understand what's driving plant performance. Develop reporting, dashboards, and KPIs that connect operational metrics with financial results. Support inventory costing, capital investments, and month-end financial analysis. Work through complex data from multiple systems to create meaningful analysis and recommendations. We're Looking For Someone Who Has Manufacturing finance experience with a mix of FP&A and cost accounting. Strong knowledge of standard costing, product costing, inventory, and variance analysis. The ability to explain why financial results changed, not just report the numbers. Experience working closely with plant operations and manufacturing leadership. Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills. Experience working with multiple data sources is a plus. Automotive or another low-margin manufacturing environment is highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
