Restaurant Manager Benefits & Compensation:

You can earn up to 30% of your base in Bonus - paid out monthly

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

You must have a minimum of 2 years of full-service concept experience as a Restaurant Manager
You must have a passion for genuine hospitality and be guest-first focused
You must have integrity, character, and professionalism
You must TRULY care about people, especially their team!
Must have a Valid Texas Driver's License

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

You will drive sales and guest satisfaction
You will create a fun and safe work environment for team members
You will work interchangeably in the Front and Back of the House to ensure quality food and standards of excellence
You will ensure compliance with all employment policies
Conversational Spanish is strongly preferred
