Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Progressive Care Unit/Stepdown Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of previous step-down experience required License: Valid nursing license in Iowa required Certifications: BLS ACLS NIHSS Must-Have: Driver's license Work history/resume Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) License verification Copy of required certifications References: 1 supervisory reference required at the time of submission Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. The role requires the ability to respond to patient needs promptly and effectively. Candidates are expected to maintain a high standard of patient care and safety. Effective communication and collaboration with team members are essential for success in this position. Flexibility to adapt to varying patient conditions is required.
