Lead Mechanic

Lead TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Diesel/Gas Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of diesel engines and related systems, ensuring high standards of quality and safety, from working on Heavy trucks all the way to Golf Carts.Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, with occasional field work and travel between sitesPay & Benefits:$45-50 +/hr DOEPaid Time Off + 8 Paid HolidaysHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife & Disability InsuranceCareer growth across multiple Minnesota stationsWhat You'll Work On:Diagnose, inspect, and repair diesel/gas trucks, vans, and heavy duty equipment (including GSE)Perform DOT inspections and preventive maintenanceReplace components across systems: drivetrain, electrical, A/C, fuel, emissions, brakes, hydraulics, etc.Maintain appearance and function (including painting, cleaning, and mobile repairs)Use and maintain your own tools, track parts inventory, and manage repair recordsTravel to other stations as neededRequired Education and/or Credentials:High school diploma or GED with one to three years of related technical experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training required.ASE Certification(s) (preferred; but not required)5 + years' Experience as MechanicAC certified with EPA certificationMust pass backgroundQuick Apply Process: Apply now for a short 5-10 minute phone screen.
