Experience in health, aged care, disability, community services, or the not-for-profit sector is essential, and expertise in clinical governance, human resources, or government relations is highly valued. The Board Directors will be part of a collaborative and committed team that values integrity, respect, curiosity, and collective stewardship. Responsibilities include contributing to the strategic direction of the organization, overseeing financial and operational performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
