This ambulatory surgery center maintains an organized operating room program with established perioperative workflows designed to support quality anesthesia care delivery across multiple surgical specialties. The facility operates under a medical direction staffing model in which one MD directs four CRNAs, with CRNAs practicing independently in the GI setting. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought on an ASAP ongoing basis to address staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a medical direction model during day shifts within an ambulatory surgery center operating room setting, Monday through Friday. Scheduling is flexible, with options for full-time coverage of 32 or 40 hours per week or a reduced schedule of 2-3 days per week with longer shift days available. The surgical case mix includes ENT, GI, Eyes, Orthopedic, Pain, Plastics, and Podiatry procedures; CRNAs operate under medical direction for all specialties except GI, where CRNAs function independently. No call coverage is required for this locum tenens assignment, and credentialing is described as expedited.
