Requirements

• ✅ Active RN License
• ✅ Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• ✅ Home Health experience preferred
• ✅ Current CPR/BLS Certification
• ✅ OASIS experience preferred
• ✅ Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

• Position Details

• ️ 13-Week Travel Contract
• ⏰ Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Local travel between patient homes

• Territory: St. Louis, MO and surrounding communities
