Accounting Operations Process vehicle deal postings accurately and efficiently Assist with inventory accounting and vehicle inventory management Post invoices and maintain accurate financial records Perform transactional accounting functions and daily reconciliations Review and verify accounting documentation for accuracy and completeness Maintain compliance with dealership accounting procedures and internal controls Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts Assist with month‑end close activities and financial reporting Support account reconciliations and balance sheet reviews Help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data Provide timely and accurate reporting to support business decisions Team Collaboration & Development Work directly alongside the Controller and Staff Accountant Support various accounting projects and departmental initiatives Participate in process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and accuracy Learn dealership accounting best practices while expanding professional skills Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned What You Bring Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent organizational and time‑management skills Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Professional communication skills and a customer‑service mindset High level of accountability and integrity Requirements Automotive accounting experience preferred Knowledge of CDK Dealer Management System (DMS) is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred Why Krause Auto Group?
