Speech-Language Pathologist, SLP - (School Based)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join the night shift team in Olyphant. This pivotal role involves overseeing production operations to achieve key performance targets, while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team, managing task assignments, performance tracking, and absences to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee production line activities, ensuring equipment functionality, adherence to quality standards, and timely achievement of production goals.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to meet shift-level quality and delivery objectives.
• Facilitate employee training and development, ensuring team members are equipped with necessary skills to meet operational standards.
• Ensure continuous quality monitoring and initiate corrective actions for any deviations from standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues, promoting continuous improvement and process enhancements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and supporting professional growth.
• Encourage a high-performance culture through coaching and development aligned with training strategies.
• Contribute to operational planning by evaluating shift-level performance and resource availability.
• Coordinate shift handovers and manage personnel schedules to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain areas according to 5S and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the position.

Qualifications

• Vocational or associate degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in assessing employee skills and coordinating training efforts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and resource management.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with production equipment and technical operations.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies.
