BENEFITS ANALYST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administer health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life, and disability Counsel employees on plan options, eligibility, life events, and coverage questions by email, phone, walk-ups, and drop-in sessions Support annual open enrollment, including communications, system setup, employee questions, and vendor coordination Partner with carriers and vendors on eligibility, claims issues, billing, and plan administration Serve as liaison with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, and other stakeholders on benefits matters Ensure benefits programs remain compliant with applicable federal, state, and local requirements Identify, recommend, and implement benefits process and program improvements Support wellness and related employee benefit programs Other duties as assigned

BASICQUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’sdegree 2+years of human resources experience in a generalist or benefits background

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Level 1: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 Level 2: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
