• Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP; Texas state license; experience in critical care management for pediatric ventilated patients; proficiency in vent weaning guidelines, trach care management, airway care, EKG procedures, blood gas analysis, medication administration, oxygen therapy, and emergency response procedures (Code Blue, Trauma, STEMI); ability to document clinical care and communicate effectively with physicians.
• Preferred Qualifications: NICU experience.
• Additional Information: Rotating weekends.
