This contract pays approximately $9,074/month gross.
Assignment details: * Contract length: 13 weeks
* Shift length: 8 hour shifts
* Hours per week: 40
* Start Date: ASAP Job responsibilities: * Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record.
* Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
* Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs.
* Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning.
