Payements Product Manager

Overview TEKsystems is seeking a Payments/ACH Product Manager who will assist in and actively manage a line of cash management products and services to ensure short‑ and long‑term plans and objectives are met. The role requires prior ACH or Payments product experience and can be fully remote, but the position is ultimately based onsite in Honolulu, HI. Responsibilities Assist and/or manage product portfolio; work with other Product Managers on product design and enhancements. Conduct competitive analysis and coordinate pricing structures and channel education. Develop marketing materials and promotions, obtaining all necessary legal and compliance approvals. Coordinate vendor management for third‑party products, negotiate contracts, and administer ongoing contract performance and expense control. Provide product‑specific technical support to sales, service staff, and bank clients; resolve client issues in collaboration with vendors and technical support. Track, measure, monitor, and report product usage; perform product testing and validation of system changes. Create and maintain training materials and setup documents; provide training to department and bank staff. Draft policies and procedures, oversee maintenance of all related documents, and develop collateral material for sales aids. Accompany the sales team on calls and presentations as necessary. Assist other Product Managers with system upgrades and conversions. Perform any other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Prior experience in ACH or Payments product management. Knowledge of Fair Banking, Anti‑Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act, and USA PATRIOT Act. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships. Proficiency in coordinating cross‑functional teams and providing training. Benefits Competitive salary range: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year. HMSA Medical benefits.
