Business Analyst

- Skilled user of MS Office Suite, MS Visio, and MS SharePoint
- Expert skills with MS SharePoint
- Adding, modifying, and deleting users
- Controlling user access to document libraries and setting permissions
- Creating and configuring lists and forms
- Reviewing usage and activity reports to provide to leadership
- Experience in deploying and creating custom features and visual aspects of site
- Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunction in conjunction with technical support
- Metric Analysis
- Extensive usage of Excel Pivot Table and VLOOKUP
- Creating Dashboards in Excel
- Cognos reporting experience
- Experience in creating data visualizations to include two dimensional tables, complex nested tables (line charts, column charts, bar charts, etc.)
- Excel functions and formulas at intermediate experience level
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma concepts
- Experience in Change Management with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Exhibit a professional demeanor and ability to collaborate with all levels of personnel
- Superior communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and able to handle multiple activities with changing priorities
- BA/BS degree or better preferred
- Six Sigma Certification preferred
- Active DoD Secret Clearance Required
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years' experience
- Willing to work at client site (Pentagon)
