About the Role

As a Material Handler, you'll play a key role in the assembly process—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output. You'll work hands-on with components, follow clear instructions, and help keep production running smoothly and safely. If you enjoy structured, process-driven work and take pride in precision, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow detailed verbal and written instructions in English
• Perform basic, standardized mechanical assembly tasks
• Label components, assemblies, and subassemblies
• Assemble components manually using visual aids
• Inspect parts to ensure proper assembly and quality
• Use scanners, hand tools, and power tools
• Accurately report assembly activity
• Work under the supervision of a Manufacturing Supervisor or Line Manager
• Follow all safety rules and company security procedures
• Assist with additional duties as assigned
• It is a plus if you have any type of FORKLIFT experience.

Essential Skills

• Skilled in using power tools and hand tools
• Ability to install and assemble components
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience using SAP (preferred)
• Material handling experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, KY. The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $24.73/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
