Seasonal Customer Success Representative

Providing exceptional support to clients, the seasonal Customer Success Center Representative will manage inbound calls and emails while assisting with special projects in a fully remote role from July 27th to October 15th, 2026, with potential for permanent status. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls for Arbiter and ArbiterPay, maintaining a polite and attentive attitude Respond to assigned emails within 24 hours and ensure strong follow-up with clients Build strong client relationships and escalate issues to management when necessary Required qualifications 0-1 year of experience in an inbound customer call center or similar customer service role Ability to quickly learn complex software applications and assist users effectively Basic knowledge of major internet browsers and Microsoft Excel and Word Organizational skills to maintain clear communication on projects with clients and peers Adequate internet connection (minimum of 10Mbps down) and ability to receive MFA texts or calls
