Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Responsibilities: Assist occupational therapists in the delivery of occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation Conduct daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address resident needs and goals Participate in interprofessional team meetings to discuss resident progress and develop effective care plans Maintain accurate records of resident progress and treatment plans Collaborate with families and caregivers to educate them on resident care and treatment plans About the Role: As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at Aspire Senior Living New Florence, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents.
