Field Supervisor

Job Title: Field Supervisor Department: Security Reports To: Director of Operations / Regional Manager Location: Field-Based Job Summary The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations and ensuring security personnel are properly staffed, trained, licensed, and compliant with company policies and client requirements. This role serves as a liaison between field staff, clients, and senior management to maintain high-quality security services. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operations & Staffing Oversee daily field operations across assigned client sites Ensure all posts are properly staffed and covered Conduct regular site inspections and performance evaluations Respond to emergencies, incidents, and call-offs Personnel Management Supervise, coach, and evaluate security officers Enforce attendance, communication, uniform, and conduct standards Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and disciplinary actions Maintain consistent communication with field personnel Compliance & Reporting Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal security regulations Verify and maintain required licenses and certifications Review incident reports, daily activity logs, and documentation Support investigations and corrective actions #J-18808-Ljbffr
