Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Relationship Revive Therapy, your primary role will involve assessing and treating a range of concerns affecting individuals and families. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for couples and families.
  • \n
  • Facilitating effective therapy sessions with couples, addressing relational dynamics, and also providing individual therapy sessions as needed.
  • \n
  • Addressing various issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, familial conflicts, and communication challenges.
  • \n
  • Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities while adapting your approach to meet each client's unique needs.
  • \n
  • Documenting patient progress accurately within our electronic health records (EHR) system to track treatment outcomes.
  • \n
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  • \n
Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on serving a diverse range of clients, including adult individuals, couples, and families facing challenges related to:

  • Alcohol and substance abuse issues.
  • \n
  • Emotional and psychological trauma.
  • \n
  • Grief and loss.
  • \n
  • Interpersonal conflicts among family members.

  • Adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce.

  • Stress management for various reasons, including job and medical issues.

  • Blended family dynamics and parenting concerns.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • \n
  • An active and unrestricted state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n
