Product Management Lead Analyst, Medicare Plan Finder Operations

Help Shape the Medicare Member Experience

The Medicare Plan Finder team is looking for a Product Management Lead Analyst to help support critical regulatory, operational, and client-facing activities that impact Medicare members and clients nationwide.

In this role, you'll work across Product, Account Management, Operations, Compliance, and Regulatory teams to ensure accurate submissions, successful Open Enrollment execution, clear stakeholder communications, and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities

Drive Accurate and Timely Regulatory Operations

• Support CMS and HPMS submission activities by coordinating data collection, validation, quality reviews, and issue resolution.
• Help ensure submissions are completed accurately and on time across multiple plan years and business priorities.
• Monitor findings, trends, and corrective actions to support compliance and operational excellence.
• Contribute to ongoing submission validation and post-submission performance monitoring.

Support Successful Open Enrollment Execution

• Coordinate and validate data received from internal and external partners to support Open Enrollment readiness.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver key milestones, reduce risks, and maintain execution timelines.
• Support testing, implementation activities, and operational readiness efforts.

Deliver Meaningful Reporting and Insights

• Maintain CMS-related reporting and operational performance metrics.
• Provide reporting and analysis that helps business partners make informed decisions and improve outcomes.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement across Plan Finder operations.

Enhance Stakeholder and Client Communications

• Develop and coordinate Field Alerts and operational communications related to Medicare Plan Finder updates and CMS guidance.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure communications are timely, accurate, and actionable.
• Support client-facing communications that strengthen transparency and stakeholder confidence.

Manage Requests and Operational Support Activities

• Serve as a key coordinator for intake requests, inquiries, and operational support needs.
• Track requests through completion and help ensure timely resolution across stakeholder groups.
• Support Government Programs Intake Requests (GPIR) through coordination, documentation, and communication.

Improve Processes and Operational Effectiveness

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, quality, and team effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, job aids, trackers, and reference materials.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the Medicare Plan Finder experience for clients, members, and internal partners.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Medicare, regulated markets, healthcare operations, compliance, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), product support, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, tracking, and management of complex datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to analyze information, solve problems, and drive work forward in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while building strong collaborative relationships to achieve shared goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting CMS, HPMS, Medicare Plan Finder, or regulatory submission processes.
• Experience supporting Open Enrollment or other large-scale operational initiatives.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, compliance monitoring, or operational performance tracking.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Access or similar database tools.
• Experience managing shared mailboxes, intake workflows, or service request processes.
• Experience leading or supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 76,100 - 126,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
