• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Keep in touch with leads to sustain their enthusiasm and assist throughout the hiring process
• Maintain precise and current information in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings you schedule, interviews that occur, and hires made from your outreach

What You Need to Succeed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How You'll Be Compensated
