Manufacturing Worker

Join our production team as a Manual Cell Operator and play a key role in delivering quality products every day. This is a hands-on opportunity where your attention to detail and teamwork will make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What will you do?

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and standardized processes
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to established standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area that supports efficiency and safety
• Identify and report any issues or malfunctions promptly to keep production on track

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• Automation Integration - foundational level; supporting basic automated processes within the manual cell
• Customer Orientation - developing level; ensuring product quality meets customer expectations
• Digital Literacy - developing level; using digital tools and systems to track production data
• Drives for Results - developing level; meeting daily production goals with consistency and focus
• Lean Methodology - foundational level; applying basic lean principles to reduce waste and improve workflow
• Problem Solving - developing level; identifying issues and escalating them effectively to minimize downtime
• Quality Control & Inspection - developing level; inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards

Pay Range: $$34,424 - $51,688
